Setting Up an RTL Store in Shopify

To configure your Shopify store for right-to-left (RTL) languages, follow these steps:

  1. Install the Shopify Translate & Adapt App

    • Shopify provides a free app called Translate & Adapt. You can install it here.

  2. Add an RTL Language

    • Open the Translate & Adapt app.

    • Add the desired RTL language (e.g., Arabic).

    • Use the Auto-translate feature to generate a translation for your store.

  3. Enable Language Switching in the Elomus Theme

    • Navigate to Theme Settings > Header.

    • Enable the Language Switcher option.

Once enabled, the Elomus theme will automatically apply RTL formatting for supported languages, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
